Additional house rules

We must notify all guests regarding important changes to our policies about your upcoming stay with us. We are truly regret having to implement these changes. Rental Addendum For Abby’s Cottage- -Wasilla Alaska 1. Due to a recent incident, we must advise our future guests that exterior cameras have been installed on the property. (We must do this to protect the property for our guests’ expectations.) 2. Additionally, if you have more people staying with you not on your reservation, please advise us ahead of time. We are reserving the right to charge $50 per person, adult (or) child, not included with your reservation if they are not disclosed and paid for prior to your arrival. 3. For reservation purposes, we consider anyone 13 or older to be an adult. 4. Parties or events are not allowed. For any parties/events that occur, all involved guests agree to immediately forfeit the property, any monies paid, and any pre-arranged security deposit. 5. The Pet Fee is Per Pet. Unattended Pets Must be in a kennel until your return. Pets must be on a leash while outside due to the horse paddocks next door. Any violation of this will result in us asking you to surrender the property immediately. If you need to cancel your reservation because of the above policy changes, we understand.
