This is a large guest suite on the first floor with Private Entrance, Private En-Suite Bathroom, Large Dressing Room, Refrigerator, microwave, dining table and sleeper sofa. The entrance is private and is accessed from the private driveway. Outside there is a bar-B-Que Grill, Firepit and yard. If a need arises during your stay, we are an email or phone call away. We look forward to hosting you. There isn't a sink in the main room.

Additional house rules

There are no "cooking facilities" in the Master Suite, there is only a microwave and toaster. We do have a Bar-B-Q grill outside to cook. Cooking inside is Not Allowed. We must notify all guests regarding important changes to our policies about your upcoming stay with us. We are truly regret having to implement these changes. Rental Addendum For Abby’s Guest Suite- -Wasilla Alaska 1. Due to a recent incident, we must advise our future guests that exterior cameras have been installed on the property. (We must do this to protect the property for our guests’ expectations.) 2. Additionally, if you have more people staying with you not on your reservation, please advise us ahead of time. We are reserving the right to charge $50 per person, adult (or) child, not included with your reservation if they are not disclosed and paid for prior to your arrival. 3. For reservation purposes, we consider anyone 13 or older to be an adult. 4. Parties or events are not allowed. For any parties/events that occur, all involved guests agree to immediately forfeit the property, any monies paid, and any pre-arranged security deposit. If you need to cancel your reservation because of the above policy changes, we understand. Again, we regret having to implement these changes. Thank you for your understanding.
